What It Is and Why You Need It
The multilingual menu feature allows you to display dish names and descriptions to guests in their native language. Translations are added manually in the CRM administrative area and applied automatically—the guest sees the menu in the language transmitted by their device or selected in the storefront settings.
26 languages supported: English, Kazakh, Azerbaijani, Turkish, Serbian, Ukrainian, French, Estonian, Romanian, German, Armenian, Georgian, Uzbek, Polish, Czech, Portuguese, Italian, Greek, Russian, Spanish, Lithuanian, Indonesian, Latvian, Finnish, Norwegian.

Step 1. Open the Translation Windows
Translations are added directly inside the edit form of the relevant entity.

Additionally, chips with flags of the added languages are displayed below the name field. Clicking a chip immediately opens the window in the selected language.

Step 2. Configure the Language List for Translations
Perform Step 1—open the translation window of the desired section.
Click the "Gear" icon in the far right corner of the interface (this opens your network's language settings window).

Add the required supported languages (by clicking on the field as shown in the image below).

One language must be designated as Primary — this is the language in which the original names are filled in (as a rule, the primary language is your region's language, which serves as the default language for your website's administrative area).
Step 3. Fill in the Translations
The primary language is marked with a Primary tag—it cannot be deleted, and its fields are also available for editing.
Deleting a Language from an Item
Click the delete button next to the language in the left panel of the translation window. This button is unavailable for the primary language.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it possible to translate the menu into other languages automatically?
Currently, translations are added separately for each item. Bulk AI translation is available via the corresponding tool in the translation settings for items with the status "Translation required." Translations into your network's supported languages will be added within 10 minutes.
The translation is not displayed on the storefront—what should I do?
Make sure the translation is saved (status ✓ Saved) and the language is added to the network settings. The storefront cache updates automatically after saving changes in the CRM.
