This section contains information on setting up bots in the Telegram messenger.
Megabot combines order management, reviews, and system notifications in one place.

¶ Getting Started
- Open the bot using one of the links above and click "Start".
The bot has the following basic commands:
/link token - Connect this chat
/unlink token - Disconnect this chat
/unlink_all token - Disconnect all chats
"token" - the account/branch/operator token from your FoodSoul dashboard.
You can connect an unlimited number of chats to the bot, including group chats. All operators can be connected to a single chat, making order processing very flexible.
¶ "Orders" Section
The bot sends real-time notifications about new orders. You can confirm or cancel orders and set delivery time directly via the bot.
1. Go to your FoodSoul dashboard → "Settings" → "Operators".
2. Click "Connect" in the "Telegram" column or copy the token from the "Token" column.
3. Open the bot and send the command:
/link your_copied_token
If the connection is successful, you will see:
This chat has been successfully connected.
4. When a new order is received, a notification will appear in the chat.
¶ "Reviews" Section
With the bot, you can receive reviews, publish or delete them, and reply directly.
1. Go to your FoodSoul dashboard → "Settings" → "Branches".
2. Click "Connect" in the "Telegram" column or copy the token from the "API Key" column.
3. Open the bot and send the command:
/link your_copied_token
If the connection is successful, you will see:
This chat has been successfully connected.
4. When a new review appears, you will receive a notification in the chat.
5. To reply to a review, use the command from the bot message that follows the review.
Example:
/answer eng asjh12 Thank you very much for your feedback!
You can publish, delete, or reply to reviews, as well as view the latest order for the customer.
¶ "System Notifications" Section
1. Go to your Go to your FoodSoul dashboard → "Account Settings".
2. Click "Connect" or copy the token from the "Telegram Token" field.
3. Open the bot and send the command:
/link your_copied_token
If the connection is successful, you will see:
This chat has been successfully connected.
Available command after connecting the chat:
/ss_b - Get the balance of all accounts connected to this chat
